The AI agent for compliance requests.
Conrad answers customer requests, reads supplier declarations and chases whatever is missing. Your team simply forwards and approves, rather than maintaining yet another platform.

Every customer wants different evidence.
In their own format.
PFAS, REACH, food contact, vegan, halal, PPWR: requests keep coming and questionnaires keep getting longer. The answers are buried in supplier PDFs, Excel sheets and inboxes. And often in one person's head.

You forward. Conrad does the work.
You approve.
No new system for your team to feed. Conrad has its own inbox and works on a verified evidence database. Sales, purchasing and suppliers simply send it an email.
1Forward
Sales forwards the customer request, purchasing forwards the supplier evidence. No login, no form, no new tool.
2Conrad gets to work
It identifies what is being asked, resolves the order, checks every statement against the evidence database and requests anything missing from the supplier.
3You approve
Reply and statement are ready as a draft, every detail backed by evidence. Nothing leaves the building without your approval.
Not another compliance tool. An AI colleague that does the work.
- AI-native, not an AI featureConrad works through the request. The software is just the foundation underneath.
- Done, not managedYour team doesn't maintain another platform. It forwards and approves.
- Built for packagingMaterials, components, packaging, orders and supplier evidence are built in from day one.
Conrad works with evidence,
not assumptions.
Underneath Conrad sits an evidence database built from your confirmed supplier statements. Every answer it prepares traces back to the document and the exact passage it came from.
Conrad reads every supplier document. Your team confirms what applies.
- PDF, Word, Excel and scans, even the 20-page blanket declaration
- Identifies statements, limits and exceptions per material
- Flags anything unclear instead of silently accepting it
- Jumps to the source passage in the original document in one click
Every statement in one place. With source, date and validity.
- One source of truth instead of inboxes, folders and Excel
- Versioned: a new declaration overwrites nothing, the previous state stays traceable
- From raw material to component to finished packaging
- Independent of any one person: whoever steps in sees the same picture
Conrad spots what's expiring and follows up with the supplier.
- Expiring evidence is flagged before a customer request depends on it
- Requests to suppliers are worded professionally and bundled
- Supplier replies are matched and read automatically
- No evidence, no promise: Conrad asks rather than commits
Declarations of compliance and statements in one click.
- For a single item, a selection or an entire order
- As a PDF on your letterhead
- Customer version without supplier or material names: you pass on compliance, not your supplier base
- Internally, every detail stays traceable to its source
Stay on the safe side.
Whatever regulation comes next.
Folders, Excel lists and SharePoint depend on individual people. Gaps and outdated records only surface when a customer asks. With Conformate, every statement is documented, current and traceable.
What missing or incorrect evidence can cost you
- Lost businessCustomers award tenders and framework contracts to suppliers who deliver complete evidence, fast.
- Recalls and recourseIf a confirmed detail turns out to be wrong, goods are recalled and your customer passes the costs on to you.
- FinesUp to €200,000 under the German Packaging Act, up to €50,000 for breaches of REACH information duties in the supply chain.
- Liability and disputesConfirm a property in writing and you are liable for it. Without evidence, you have nothing to show in a dispute.
Fine ranges under Section 66 VerpackDG (German Packaging Act) and Section 26 ChemG (German Chemicals Act) in conjunction with the Chemicals Sanctions Ordinance.
- Only the person who filed it knows which version is current
- Expired evidence only surfaces when a customer asks
- If the person in charge is away, the search starts from scratch
- Every new regulation means a new list and a new folder
- Every statement with source, timestamp and approval, ready for any audit
- Conrad flags expiring evidence before a customer asks for it
- No commitment without evidence: if something is missing, Conrad follows up with the supplier
- When a new regulation arrives, we add it. Your data and processes stay the same
One agent for all your evidence.
From PFAS to halal.
During the pilot, we set up the evidence your customers ask for together with you. When a new regulation comes along, we add it. Workflow, evidence database and approval stay the same.

Your requirement
Customer-specific questionnaires, country requirements or new substance lists: we add them, and Conrad works with them just like every other requirement.
How is Conrad different from ChatGPT or Copilot?
General-purpose AI assistants don't know your evidence. They sound plausible, but work without verified data, without validity checks and without sources. Conrad answers exclusively from evidence your team has confirmed, checks that it is still valid and traces every statement back to the supplier document. What you approve, you can prove in an audit.
Does Conrad need access to our mailboxes?
No. Conrad has its own inbox. You decide which requests and evidence to forward. It never accesses your Outlook or your sales mailboxes.
Does Conrad send emails on its own?
No. Replies to customers and requests to suppliers are prepared as drafts. Nothing is sent until your team approves it. Drafts can be edited beforehand, and every step is recorded in the log.
Which evidence and regulations does Conformate cover?
The catalogue covers substances such as PFAS, heavy metals, SVHC, bisphenols and mineral oil, regulations such as the PPWR, REACH, the Framework Regulation 1935/2004 and the Plastics Regulation 10/2011, and properties such as vegan, halal or kosher. Today, Conformate checks limits automatically for PPWR and REACH. Anything else your customers require, we add during the pilot.
What about the PPWR?
Yes, the PPWR is covered: heavy metals and PFAS under Art. 5 are checked automatically against the limits, and the information required under Art. 16 can be exported as a PDF. For most packaging manufacturers, though, the PPWR is one requirement among many. That's why Conrad handles all evidence in the same workflow.
What happens when new regulations come along?
We add them to Conformate. Rules are stored as data, not hard-coded. Your evidence database, workflows and approvals stay as they are. If evidence is missing for the new requirement, Conrad prepares the request to the supplier.
How does our master data get into the system?
To get started, all it takes is a CSV or Excel export from your ERP with suppliers, materials and orders. We handle the setup. A live ERP interface is in progress and will be set up together with your IT team. Your ERP remains the leading system.
Where is our data stored?
Servers and database are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR, each organisation only sees its own data, and your data is never used to train AI models. We're happy to go through data processing and sub-processors with your IT and data protection team.
What does Conformate cost?
We start with a three-month pilot at a fixed price, which is credited towards the annual licence. After that, the licence is based on usage and company size and costs significantly less than the work does in-house today. We'll go through the specific terms in a call.
Who is Conformate for?
For packaging manufacturers and their suppliers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, across all materials: paper, board, labels, film, metal, plastics and combinations. Typical users are quality management, compliance and product development, wherever the requests come together.
